This is a draft framework. It should not be treated as a final policy or agreement before the missing legal details are completed.
Tracking and cookies
The marketing website uses no analytics, advertising trackers or cookies. Fonts and images are served locally, without external CDN or Google Fonts requests. Session cookies in the clinic application are a separate use case.
Contact form
The form opens a draft in your email application. You must complete sending yourself. Form fields are not stored on this website; content you send by email is handled for the purpose of the enquiry.
Technical logs and service providers
Hosting access logs, security purposes, recipients and retention periods will be documented after provider selection and legal review. This draft does not create commitments about infrastructure terms that have not yet been decided.
Updates and contact
The final policy will be published after legal counsel approval. Send data processing questions to our contact email; the formal request procedure will be clarified in the privacy notice.
