  1. 01

    Tell us about your clinic

Tell us about team responsibilities, daily workflows and your existing records. Together, we can assess a pilot scope suited to your needs.

  2. 02

    Prepare your workspace

Set up clinic details, working hours and team roles. Check owner and patient data with a CSV dry-run report before importing.

  3. 03

    Get started with your team

Use training to walk through daily tasks, from appointments to closing consultations. Share your experience and feedback during the pilot.

Configure your clinic

Enter clinic details and working hours. Add team members and assign roles. Explain that consultation closure and official task confirmation remain with veterinarians.

Dry run first, import second

Export owners and patients from your old system as CSV. Correct fields identified in the dry-run report, then complete the import. Re-uploading the same file does not duplicate records. Let’s discuss other data types separately.

Train around everyday work

Walk through the calendar, patient files, consultation closure, inventory and payments with your team’s roles in mind. Share feedback during the pilot and clarify scope and service terms together.

From first login to everyday use.

Check clinic details and team roles when getting started. Review the import dry run before proceeding and keep a copy of the export from your previous system. Use examples from your own workflow during training.
