This draft covers demo and early access enquiries through the Vetonom marketing website. The controller’s full legal name, address and formal request details will be completed during legal review. This is not a final privacy notice.
Data categories and purpose
Enquiries may include your name, clinic, city, phone, email and message. The purpose is to review the enquiry and respond to the request. Do not include patient, pet owner or sensitive personal data in your message.
Collection method and legal basis
The website does not submit form data to a server or store it in the browser; a mailto link passes it to your email application. Sending the email involves your email provider’s processing terms. The KVKK legal basis for each processing purpose will be determined during legal review.
Transfers, retention and rights
Recipient categories, potential international transfers and retention and deletion periods will be completed when services are finalised.
