Records prepared. The veterinarian stays in control.
Vetonom prepares records required in official systems, finds missing details and tracks deadlines. The veterinarian submits the record in their own session.

Why does veterinarian control matter?
You see and control the information entered into the official system. Vetonom makes missing fields and tasks visible; it does not submit records itself. You retain the final check between prepared information and the official entry.
- 01
Tasks are prepared
Each night, tasks are prepared for patient registration, vaccination, prescription closure and goods receipt. See outstanding work in one place.
- 02
Missing information is highlighted
Check fields such as a microchip that is not 15 digits long or a missing diploma number. Correct the source record to complete preparation.
- 03
Prioritise by deadline
Distinguish approaching and overdue tasks. Default tracking periods can be adjusted to your clinic’s needs.
- 04
The veterinarian submits the record
Copy the prepared fields and use them in your own session in the official system. Vetonom does not connect to that system or transmit data.
- 05
Completion is recorded
The veterinarian marks the task as entered. This is the veterinarian’s confirmation, not a verification received from the official system.
Default tracking periods
Clinics can change these periods in settings. These are software tracking defaults; check your current obligations and the deadline applicable to each record separately.
A more organised clinic day is possible.
